How Setless creates a free sample from your product photo

A free sample is one product photo that we turn into new visuals in your brand's style. You send in an existing photo through the free sample page, we look at your brand, and within 48 hours you get the result back. No studio, no shoot, no strings attached.
Why we do this for free
Most brands that come to us have the same doubt: will this work for my product? That is a fair question, and a price list does not answer it. A sample of your own product does. You see straight away what can be made from the photo you already have, without having to buy a package first.
What you send in
You need nothing more than this:
- One product photo: jpg, png or webp, up to 10 MB. A phone photo or a simple packshot is enough.
- Your email address, so we can send the result.
- Your website or social media, so we can see what your brand looks like and match the sample to it.
The sharper and more complete the product is in frame, the better the result. A product that is half out of frame or heavily underexposed leaves less to work with.
What you get back
You receive one or more visuals in which the same product sits in a different setting: a different background, different lighting and a mood that fits the way your brand presents itself. The goal is not a prettier version of the same shot, but showing what the same product does in a different context.

Turnaround time
We aim to deliver within 48 hours of your submission. This is not an automated process running in the background: someone actually looks at your brand before anything is made. Busy periods can stretch that slightly, and in that case we tell you instead of leaving you waiting.
What happens afterwards
Nothing, unless you want it to. You are not tied to anything, we do not chase you with calls and you are not added to a mailing list. If you do want to continue, we discuss which package fits your volume. If you don't, you simply keep the sample.
