Setless Productions, based in Alphen aan den Rijn (KVK 42154340), is responsible for processing personal data through this website. Here you can read what data I process, why and what your rights are.
What data I process
- Data you enter in the contact form or the free sample form, such as your name, email address, company name, website and message.
- Files you send, such as product photos.
- Data in emails to hello@setlessproductions.com.
- Technical data about your visit, such as IP address, browser and pages visited.
Why I use this data
- To answer your request and send you a quote or sample.
- To carry out and invoice an assignment.
- To improve the website.
The legal basis is your consent, the performance of a contract or my legitimate interest in responding to a request.
Who I share data with
I do not sell your data. I use external services for hosting, storage, email and website statistics. These parties only process data on my instructions.
How long I keep data
I keep data from requests for up to two years after the last contact. Data needed for my accounts I keep for seven years, as required by law.
Your rights
You may view, correct or delete your data. You may also object or withdraw your consent. Email hello@setlessproductions.com and I will reply within four weeks. If you disagree with how I handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
